CHALLENGES
LabelCentric was recently launched when we joined them. At that time there were already five to six competitors in the Indian market that were dealing with pre-loved items. The entire market for pre-loved luxury was still at its nascent stage and this new entrant in the market had to build a strong position to be visible and command its share. The most challenging factor was to create trust in the buyers' minds in the sea of counterfeit luxury goods.

We created strong PR pegs and got interviews lined up with leading newspapers for the brand. The client was very happy with our PR work. We also designed the approach and executed the plan for a direct marketing exercise that was sent out to HNIs and influential journalists in Mumbai.
